Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy describes the conditions under which MS Agri Trust accepts returns and processes refunds for purchases made on shop.msagritrust.org.


1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product is missing from the package

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of agricultural products, the following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Seeds or fertilizers once opened

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer

  • Clearance or special offer items (unless damaged or defective)


3. Return Request Process

To request a return, customers must contact our support team with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed:

  • To the original payment method, or

  • As store credit, depending on the situation.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.


5. Replacement Policy

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement product if:

  • The item received was damaged or defective

  • The wrong product was shipped

Replacement will be subject to product availability.


6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product), the return shipping cost will be covered by MS Agri Trust.

If the return is requested for other reasons, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
