This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how MS Agri Trust processes and delivers orders placed on shop.msagritrust.org.

Once an order is successfully placed on shop.msagritrust.org, it will be processed within 1–3 business days.

Order processing includes:

  • Packaging and dispatch preparation

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We currently ship products to selected locations across India. Delivery availability may vary depending on:

  • Customer location

  • Courier service coverage

  • Product type (especially agricultural inputs)

If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you and initiate a refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Within Tamil Nadu: 2–5 business days

  • Other states in India: 4–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier services and location.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary based on:
