In case of unforeseen delays during transportation, we will inform you with updated delivery dates.Orders are dispatched via Professional Courier Service, subject to service availability for your PIN code.While we strive to keep our stocks updated, there may occasionally be delays in receiving supplies, which could affect shipping time. Packing & Forwarding Charges Poly cover packaging: ₹20 per order Cotton box packaging (below 1 kg): ₹25 per order Cotton box packaging (above 1 kg): ₹40 per order Courier charges will be applied additionally (if applicable). All applicable charges will be clearly mentioned on the invoice. Cancellations Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. If the parcel is lost in transit, a full refund will be provided. Refunds Refunds will be provided for damage/leakage during transit, provided you share a clear unboxing video to pranithaep18@gmail.com at the time of opening the parcel.
